Thibodaux Regional Health System is pleased to announce the addition of
Laura Campbell, MD, medical hematologist/oncologist, to the active medical
staff. Dr. Campbell received her medical degree from University of Arkansas
for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She performed her Chief
Residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport
where she served as a professor in the Health Sciences Center. Additionally,
Dr. Campbell completed a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Louisiana State
University Health Sciences Center.
Before joining the medical staff at Thibodaux Regional, she was director
of the Cancer Institute of Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston.
Prior to her tenure at the Cancer Institute, she was Director of Chemotherapy
at Christus Schumpert Health System Cancer Treatment Center in Shreveport.
Thibodaux Regional is a modern, 185-bed acute care facility. As a regional
