The Summit is being held in partnership with Health Catalyst, a leading data warehousing, analytics and outcomes-improvement organization.

This event has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. The UT Health San Antonio Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
