Amy Flaster, MD
Amy Flaster, MD, is the Senior Vice President of Population Health Management
and Care Management at Health Catalyst, where she focuses on using data
analytics to enable clients’ transitions to value-based-care. Dr.
Flaster is also Assistant Medical Director of Population Health Management
at Partners Healthcare in Boston, where she oversees the high risk care
management program, supports population health management of the self-insured
employee group, and collaborates on Medicaid ACO strategy and programs.
She practices as a primary care physician at Brigham and Women’s
Hospital, and is on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. Prior to these
roles, Dr. Flaster has worked in hospital administration and co-founded
a digital health startup in the end-of-life space. Amy completed a medical
degree from Harvard Medical School, an MBA from Harvard Business School,
and a residency in Internal Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
